  • October - December 2014: Consultancy contract for SOSE (Soluzioni per il Sistema Economico s.p.a) and Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze, Dipartimento delle Finanze for research activities within the project “La costruzione di un modello IVA e accise mediante matching statistico tra indagini campionarie”. The activity consisted in the development of a microsimulation model of indirect taxes based on statistical matching between ISTAT and the Bank of Italy surveys.

  • October 2010 - December 2011: Coordinator of the European project “Innovative datasets and models for improving welfare policies” (Ref. n. VC/2009/0509) at the Ministero dell’ Economia (Dipartimento del Tesoro) for the development of a dynamic micro simulation model of the Italian social security system.

  • April 2009 - March 2011:  Post-doctoral position in Economics, Department of Economics, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

  • November 2008 - January 2009: Fellowship for the project “Inequality: mechanism, effects and policies”, part of the VI European Research Framework Programme: “Citizens and Governance in a Knowledge-Based Society”.

  • September 2007- June 2008: Collaboration with ISAE for the AIM (Adequacy and sustainability of old-age Income Mantainance) project for the development of a dynamic micro simulation model (MIDAS) dealing with the prospective adequacy of social security expenditure in Italy, Belgium and Germany.
